Enhancement Request: Automatic Compression for FTP Transfers in Samaro C2C

Add an automatic file compression and max file size enforcement feature in Samaro C2C to ensure outbound FTP transfers never exceed a configurable size limit (3 MB) while keeping source/original files unchanged.
Business Requirement
In our current integration:
Camera systems generate original files (~13 MB)
Regulatory and network constraints require FTP uploads ≤ 3 MB
Original files must remain unchanged and stored locally
Transfers are fully automatic (no manual intervention)
Currently, Samaro C2C does not provide built-in compression or file size enforcement, requiring external preprocessing.

This is not theoretically possible. Files are sent over internet via FTP protocol to Samaro's server. File is made in camera and sent over internet. It has to be done in camera. All cameras have option to create smaller jpegs. Samaro already has options for image compression on its cloud.
