Hello Team, We are currently using your AI-based photo-sharing platform for our events and would like to continue using it. We are developing our own ERP for managing leads, clients, events, team allocation, deliverables, payments, and project workflows. We would now like to integrate your photo-sharing platform directly with our ERP. Our required integration would include: Creating an event/gallery through the API Uploading photographs to the event Receiving the event ID, gallery link, and QR code Checking upload and face-recognition processing status Fetching guest registrations and download analytics Receiving webhook notifications when processing is completed Deactivating or deleting galleries when required Please share: API documentation API credentials or the process for obtaining them Sandbox/test account access Webhook documentation Pricing for API, enterprise, partner, or reseller access Technical limitations and rate limits Whether white-label integration is available We do not intend to replace your platform. We want our ERP to operate as the central dashboard while your system continues handling AI face recognition and photo delivery.

It would be great if Biz's can opt for their own no WhatsApp Bot with their branding. Even if it comes at extra cost.

when a visitor have a PIN and when they access it they are directly able to see all the photos marked private, but there should be a popup to fill the details like "my photos" (Name, No./e-mail) so that admin gets to know who visited in "Gallery Visitors" Section with PIN and can control to approve/reject those visitors in separate section. otherwise whoever have a PIN (shared by a Groom/Bride) admin will never get to know who visited private gallery.

if the event is set to private, people with link will be able to get (only their) photos but full access can be done with a PIN by going with an option "private". but to make it hassle-free for Groom,Bride & Close Family Members there should be added a Control under Guest Option (like Drive) and don't need to make them a co-host (which have controls like admin).

Ability for clients to favorite photos without setting an manual inputs like for album. Also, get a client database view(e-mail Id) for easier access to us to know who is accessing the photos.

Need 'COPY' option along with move from sub-event/event, so that the photos are available in main folder of clients as well as in our internal purpose folders too.

Putting guest uplaoded whatsapp pictures into a "whatsapp uploads" subevent is confusing. Either give the host the ability to decide where they go or,even better, just dump them in ALL without a subevent. Alternatively, the bot could ask the user which subevent the pictures sent are from subevent 1 subevent 2 None

Instead of having to type the language into the box, the host should select a few languages and guests could choose from a dropdown

I would love to have a QR code specific to my gallery that links directly to a whatsapp bot (not to the gallery). When scanned, it auto-populates a message for the user "Hi Bot! I just got to event <event name> (ID: 12345)." The user sends this and the bot responds "Great! This is the gallery link but you can send me any pictures you want to upload here at any time. Also, send me a clear picture of yourself captioned "Selfie" to be notified when someone uploads pictures of you. This would allow a fully whatsapp experience and reduce friction even further.
